What GTX Trade claims

I found no publicly available “Terms & Conditions”, “User Agreement” or “Investment Agreement” for GTX Trade that explicitly states the exact license wording you provided.

I found a Terms of Use document for a different entity (GTX Wealth) that restricts reproduction and states you may not reproduce or distribute the content without express consent. 

The license phrase you mention appears in contexts of “user-content submission” on websites - e.g., if you post content, you license whoever to use it. But this doesn’t necessarily mean it applies to investment activity or to your funds.

There is no verifiable evidence that GTX Trade uses such a broad license clause for your investment funds, account grants, or for the platform itself (at least not that I could locate).

If such a clause existed, it would raise important questions: what “it” refers to (your content, the investment account, your trading data?), and why would an investment/trading platform need such a broad license?
